What if someone beats you to the slot?

It happens — tee sheets are a race. If the slot is gone before we finish booking, we mark the attempt as failed, keep your watch active, and go after the next opening. You pay nothing; the fee is only for confirmed bookings.

How do I know my watch is actually working?

Open any watch and tap View activity. Every check of the tee sheet lands in your timeline — quiet checks, booking attempts, confirmations — newest first. Checks appear only while your watch is actively polled: a watch with no card on file, or one paused over billing, doesn't scan.

Can I cancel a watch?

Anytime, from your dashboard — future auto-bookings stop immediately. To cancel an actual tee time at the course, use the course's own system or call the pro shop; their late-cancel and no-show policies still apply to you.

When exactly am I charged?

Only after a booking is confirmed, $2.99 to the card on file. The fee is earned the moment your booking is confirmed and is non-refundable, even if you later cancel the tee time. Watching, failed attempts, and deactivated watches cost nothing. Your green fees always go to the course, never to us.

Are there monthly plans?

Pay-per-booking is the default: $2.99 only after a confirmed booking, with nothing to cancel. If you golf often, Fairway Watch Monthly ($9/month, 5 bookings included) and Fairway Watch Plus ($19/month, 12 bookings included) bundle bookings for less — anything beyond the included quota bills at $2.99 per booking, and quotas reset each billing month. Plans renew monthly and can be switched or cancelled from your Billing page. Monthly plans appear on your Billing page when they're available on your account.

Do I need a MemberSports account?

Yes — and connecting takes seconds. Tap "Connect MemberSports account" on your dashboard, sign in once, and bookings go out under your name and your card on file. We never store your password.

How do referral free bookings work?

Every golfer gets a personal referral link on their dashboard. When a friend signs up with it, you both get one free booking — your next $2.99 booking fee is waived automatically, no charge to your card. Free bookings never expire, and each golfer can only be referred once.
